Objectives
User IT support (Helpdesk)
Systems Administration Support
Tecnico Network Management Support
Wireless Network Management Support
Support in the Management and Maintenance of Computer Labs
 

Work Plan
The fellowship's activities will consist of researching and developing new methodologies to optimize network and
systems administration and the on-site and remote support services provided by ATI to users of the Network,
Departments, and/or IST units. In this context, the grant holder must, through their work, become familiar with the
following activities: configuring the Eduroam wireless network and VPN; configuring and installing Windows and Linux
operating systems using automation tools and instalation of multiple software applications. During the course of their
activities, the grant holder must research and propose new methodologies to optimize these activities.

Duration: 6 months
Maximum Duration Including Renewals: 12 months

of one year in this type of grant, whether consecutive or interpolated;

Selection process

Contest Evaluation Method(s)
Curricular evaluation weighted to 60% on a scale of 20 points with a minimum of 10 points needed for admission.
Individual interview weighted to 40% on a scale of 20 points with a minimum of 10 points needed for admission.
The minimum final grade needed for admission is 10 points.
Conditions for the Contest Evaluation
The selection methods to be the following: curriculum evaluation (60%) and individual interview (40%). An interview willonly be conducted if the candidate's curriculum evaluation meets the requirements of the announcement. Preference forstudents fluent in the Portuguese language.
