Offer Description
Funding: FSR fellowship (24 months, renewable up to 48 months)
Start date: Between Oct 2025 and Dec 2026
Project summary: This PhD investigates the impact of teacher training in emotional socialization practices and Communities of Practice (CoP) on classroom climate and students’ socio-emotional skills. Based on the Tuning into Kids for Schools (TIK-S) program, the research combines psychoeducation, collaborative support, and quantitative/qualitative evaluation.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Psychology or Education Sciences; research skills; interest in inclusive education and socio-emotional development; proficiency in French (English is an asset).
