Job profile:
Your tasks:
- Dissertation in the field of fundamental theology (with religious studies) and dogmatics
- Independent research in the field of systematic theology - in particular fundamental theology, religious studies and theology of religions
- Independent teaching in fundamental theology and religious studies
- Training and further education: participation in conferences, congresses and training courses
- Participation in organisational and administrative tasks, especially in connection with international research collaborations such as PLURIEL and HEST
Your profile:
- Completed relevant Master's, Magister or Diplom degree in Catholic theology (degree in systematic theology, dogmatics or fundamental theology); Demonstrable interest in theology in the signs of the times, especially in the context of gender studies; Engagement with current drafts in systematic theology; Qualifications in religious studies, Judaism or Islamic studies desirable; Very good written and spoken German and English, other language skills an advantage; Please include written reflections on your dissertation project with your application (max. 5 pages)
- Ability to work in a team and co-operative approach
- Expertise in dealing with students
