Offer Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Writing a dissertation in the field of Inclusive Education
  • Participation in research projects of the unit in the field of inclusive education
  • Active involvement in research, with a particular focus on preparing proposals for international research projects
  • Student support, in particular concerning the analysis of quantitative and qualitative empirical data; participation in examination activities
  • Teaching of own autonomous courses and participation in the teaching and examination activities of the department
  • Student support and supervision
  • Cooperation on organizational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation measures

Your Profile

  • Completed diploma or master’s degree in the field of pedagogy, psychology or in a comparable field with equal professional qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • Interest in the conception and organization of empirical research projects
  • Main focus in the field of inclusive education, with special emphasis on cognitive and social-emotional development
  • Outstanding knowledge of empirical social research methods
  • Advanced competence in statistical methods and computer programs for analysis of quantitative and qualitative empirical data (e. g. SPSS)
  • Sound knowledge of computerized literature search and data analysis
  • Cooperativeness
  • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills
  • Pleasure in working with children
  • Experience with publications is considered an asset
  • Teaching experience desirable

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 53,705.40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
