Your Responsibilities
- Writing a dissertation in the field of Inclusive Education
- Participation in research projects of the unit in the field of inclusive education
- Active involvement in research, with a particular focus on preparing proposals for international research projects
- Student support, in particular concerning the analysis of quantitative and qualitative empirical data; participation in examination activities
- Teaching of own autonomous courses and participation in the teaching and examination activities of the department
- Student support and supervision
- Cooperation on organizational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation measures
Your Profile
- Completed diploma or master’s degree in the field of pedagogy, psychology or in a comparable field with equal professional qualification
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Interest in the conception and organization of empirical research projects
- Main focus in the field of inclusive education, with special emphasis on cognitive and social-emotional development
- Outstanding knowledge of empirical social research methods
- Advanced competence in statistical methods and computer programs for analysis of quantitative and qualitative empirical data (e. g. SPSS)
- Sound knowledge of computerized literature search and data analysis
- Cooperativeness
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills
- Pleasure in working with children
- Experience with publications is considered an asset
- Teaching experience desirable

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 53,705.40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
