Job Summary	The Testing Services Assistant ensures the efficient and effective operations of the Office of Accessibility (OA) Testing Centerby assisting the Testing Services Coordinator with the coordination and proctoring of accommodated exams.
Essential Functions	Assists Testing Services Coordinator with administrative and operational support related to the coordination and delivery of accommodated testing services. Serves as a point of contact for students, faculty, and OA staff by providing accurate information and facilitating communication regarding testing accommodations, exam procedures, and Testing Center policies. Assists with the implementation of test security protocols at all locations, establishes and maintains test files, and assists in the preparation of databases and records. Maintains familiarity with databases and testing software used by the university. Maintains confidentiality of all client information. Coordinates the scheduling and administration of accommodated exams, including managing student test appointments, assigning testing rooms, and ensuring required testing materials, assistive technology, and accessibility-related equipment are available and properly set up. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications	High school diploma or equivalent, and 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, and/or academic or commercial testing in a business setting. When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience.
