Student Office Assistant - Customer Service (Spring)

The Facilities Management Customer Service department has an opening for an office assistant student staff position. This position will support the customer service team by assisting with ongoing projects and activities.

Job Duties:

• Basic data entry.
• Operating standard office machines – computers, copiers, scanners, etc.
• Answering phone calls and routing or taking messages.
• Running errands.
• Opening, routing and preparing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Making copies.
• Maintaining filing systems and records.
• Performing other related duties as assigned. 

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in the current Spring Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Basic computer skills.

• Word processing skills.

• Valid Driver's License.
