The University of Arizona's University Information Technology Services (UITS) invites you to apply to the role of Salesforce Developer.

The position is responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications and will be working with other engineers and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

The Salesforce Developer will be part of a team which supports Salesforce CRM, branded Trellis. This individual will work alongside Salesforce admins, architects, and product owners in the creation and support of Salesforce based products to be used on campus.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop solutions in Salesforce and related systems for business use cases.
  • Support existing solutions in Salesforce.
  • Participate in team Agile processes and ceremonies.
  • Testing new and existing products; environment management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Skill in providing information technology related customer service to users having varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Skill in writing technical documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical, inductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Skill in designing, installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, operating and application systems and utilities.

  • Bachelor's degree.

Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
