Position Description
Korea Institute for Advanced Study, School of Physics Joint KIAS-KAIST Research Fellow Position in Quantum Field Theory & String Theory The Korea Institute for Advanced Study (KIAS) and the High Energy Theory Group at KAIST invite applications for a postdoctoral researcher position within the KIAS–KAIST Joint Research Group. This position is part of a collaborative research program aimed at advancing theoretical high-energy physics through joint efforts between the two institutions.

KIAS, founded in 1996 as the nation’s first research institute dedicated to the basic sciences, is located in Seoul and provides an excellent environment for fundamental research, offering continuous academic interaction and strong administrative support. KAIST, the leading university in science and technology in Korea and one of Asia’s top research institutions, is located in Daejeon with convenient transportation links.
