ColumbiaDoctors in partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital (CHONY) is seeking an experienced BC/BE Urologist with specialty training in Pediatric Urology to join our team as the Chief of our pediatrics team. The pediatric urologist will ideally be specialized in complex and reconstructive procedures, in addition to general pediatric urology care. 

The position includes an academic appointment at the Associate Professor/Professor level with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, one of the top-ranked multidisciplinary clinical and research teams in the country.

Additionally, NewYork-Presbyterian's Department of Urology was ranked #2 in the country by U.S. News and World Report in 2024 (the Pediatric Urology section was ranked #27 in Children's Urology Hospitals).  Since 1917, Columbia Doctors has been leading the way toward new and advanced treatments for urologic conditions and diseases.  The position includes the opportunity to practice in Manhattan and Westchester County.  Our Westchester County locations include practice at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital and a new State-of-the Art ambulatory surgery center with office facilities.

The selected candidate will have an academic appointment at the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Columbia University, and be eligible for all of the Columbia University benefits available for the faculty appointment.  

 

  • M.D. degree.
  • Candidates must have NYS licences, DEA and Board certification/eligibility in Urology
  • Must be able to meet NewYork Presbyterian Hospital credentialing requirements.
