| Job Duty | Provide clerical support to the Vice Chancellor for Finance & Administration in managing the day-to-day operations of the department (ex. maintain calendar and activities of the office; process invoice payments through PeopleSoft; evaluate requests and operational demands for information required by other administrative offices; facilitate and coordinate in a professional manner support services as required by the office to provide maximum utilization of time to meet schedules and project deadlines. |
