Clinical Endocrinologist
The Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha is recruiting a general endocrinologist to join our faculty. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding division that is highly recognized for its clinical and basic research programs. We are committed to excellence in clinical care, the education of medical students, residents, and fellows, and new discoveries to improve the care of patients with endocrine and endocrine-related disorders through laboratory and clinical research. Our compensation package is extremely competitive and includes comprehensive benefits, generous employer paid retirement contributions, CME, and paid time off. The ideal candidate must be an MD/DO (or equivalent degree) who is board certified/eligible in Endocrinology. Candidates should have excellent clinical, professional, and communication skills. Training and interest in clinical research and clinical trials as well as bedside ultrasound, ultrasound guided biopsy and potentially radio-frequency ablation is desirable.
