| Description | The Administrative Coordinator serves as the students’ personal guide through the progression from application through matriculation at the University of New England College of Osteopathic medicine (UNE COM). Serving the Recruitment unit within the UNE COM Office of Recruitment, Student and Alumni Services (RSAS), the Administrative Coordinator provides concierge-type assistance to prospective UNE COM students as they navigate the enrollment and matriculation process. Basic job functions include connecting with students individually to provide guidance and triage issues; providing students with the administrative information that they will need to matriculate at UNE COM; and fulfilling the administrative needs and support the operations of the Recruitment unit of RSAS. | Qualifications | Associate’s Degree with three to four years of relevant administrative experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired.
