The Role
As the Post-Graduate Programme Lead, you will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver the 'Positive Futures' Pilot, a comprehensive programme designed to support recent graduates who are not in graduate-level work or further study. You will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of 'Stream 3: Launch & Land' (Recent Graduates). This role is central to identifying and recruiting 'at risk' graduates (NEETs) and overseeing the delivery of a high-impact virtual internship programme with our external partner, Practera. You will be instrumental in helping graduates gain real-world project experience and 21st-century skills to move them into positive career destinations.
