The Edge AI Acceleration Group at the Singapore University of Technology and Design is looking for a motivated Research Fellow to join us in pushing the boundaries of edge AI acceleration. We focus on energy-efficient circuit design and software-hardware co-optimization, with exciting applications in graph-based prediction.

What we’re looking for:

  • A PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering or a related field. 
  • A strong track record of publications in energy-efficient digital circuit design. 
  • Hands-on chip tape-out experience is a strong plus 
  • Experience in compute-in-memory design is a strong plus
