The activities to be performed will be integrated into the Nursing Research, Innovation and Development Centre of Lisbon (CIDNUR) work plan.

Skills/Qualifications

Those defined in article 10 of ECIC and, cumulatively, for each job position:
- To hold a doctoral degree in the scientific area of the tender, namely in the field of Nursing.
- To hold a doctoral degree in the scientific area of the tender, namely in the scientific field of Health, specifically in Nursing, Medicine, or Pharmaceutical Sciences, or in the scientific field of Social and Behavioral Sciences, specifically in Sociology or Psychology.

Candidates’ Profiles for the Positions
- Profile for Job Position nº. 1 – Candidates must hold a PhD in Nursing and have proven experience and knowledge in the field of palliative care. They must also demonstrate scientific communication skills.
- Profile for Job Position nº. 2 – Candidates must hold a PhD in Nursing, Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sociology, or Psychology and have proven experience and knowledge in the field of medical statistics. They must also demonstrate scientific communication skills.

Eligibility criteria
Relative Merit. Selection is carried out through the evaluation of the candidates’ scientific and academic background and its relevance to the job description, in accordance with the evaluation parameters and criteria presented in section 13.

Absolute Merit: Candidates are considered to have absolute merit if they:
- Job Position nº. 1 – have proven experience and hold a postgraduate degree in the field of Palliative Care.
- Job Position nº. 2 – have proven experience and hold a postgraduate degree in Medical Statistics.
