Selection process

Required documents:

1) application - addressed to the Rector of the Opole University of Technology;

2) professional curriculum vitae (CV);

3) personal questionnaire for the person applying for employment;

4) photocopies of documents certifying obtaining the Master of science in engineering;

5) information on scientific, didactic and professional achievements;

6) a declaration that Opole University of Technology wil be the primary work of employment

7) a declaration of compliance with the requirements pursuant to Art. 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science;

8) a declaration of consent to the processing of personal data for recruitment purposes with the following content: "I hereby declare that I consent to the processing of personal data contained in my job offer for the purposes of the recruitment process, conducted by the Opole University of Technology in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781) and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).”

In the case of a person who wins the competition, the Opole University of Technology will require a certificate of no criminal record from the National Criminal Register, by Art. 21 sec. 1 and 3 of the Act of May 13, 2016, on Counteracting Threats of Sexual Crime and Protection of Minors (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 560).
