Skills/Qualifications
Knowledge of issues and research problems in the area of multimedia communications technologies, military communications systems, simulation tools and mechanisms, product security design and evaluation process.
Specific Requirements
- meeting the requirements defined in the article 113 of the Act issued in July 20, 2018 (Act of Higher Education and Science),
- degree: Degree: Ph.D. in Engineering and technology discipline (scientific discipline: information and communication technology or related),
- predispositions to research and teaching, experience in teaching is required,
- ability to conduct classes in Polish,
- ability to write scientific articles in Polish and English (at least B2 level of English required),
- ability to work in a team and be flexible (able to work on Saturdays and Sundays),
- able to prioritize and multitask, proactive and deadline-oriented,
- very good knowledge of issues related to network technologies, i.e. protocols, quality of service and network management,
- advanced practical skills to administer Windows, Linux and Microsoft 365 product family,
- very good knowledge of the mechanisms of operation and configuration of a mobile communication node RWŁC-10/T,
- very good knowledge of VoIP software such as Asterisk PBX,
- knowledge of computer simulation principles and knowledge of the OMNeT++/OMNEST simulation environment and the INET Framework,
- knowledge of telecommunications techniques used in the Polish Armed Forces,
- knowledge of speech compression methods used in VoIP solutions,
- knowledge of the principles of designing devices for protecting classified information,
- knowledge of the product security evaluation process based on the Common Criteria methodology,
- knowledge of the Prince Foundation project and process management methodology,
- security clearance up to Polish national "SECRET" and "NATO SECRET".

Selection process
Competition application should include:
- a letter of application to the Rector of the Military University of Technology,
- candidate’s questionnaire,
- CV,
- copies of diplomas and other documents confirming / proving the candidate's qualifications,

- a declaration on the full use of civil rights,
- a declaration stating whether MUT is the core or non-core workplace for the applicant,
