Skills/Qualifications
  • A doctoral degree (PhD) in the field of social sciences,
  • Scientific publications in scientific journals or in reviewed proceedings of international conferences, or a scientific monograph, or a chapter in a book, recognized in the scientific evaluation process under separate regulations, in the discipline of management and quality sciences,
  • Significant scientific activity carried out in cooperation with other universities or research institutions, in particular international ones,
  • Participation in research activities (substantive execution and/or leadership of projects, grants, or research teams),
  • Demonstrated scientific and organizational achievements, as well as experience in conducting teaching activities in higher education,
  • Documented knowledge of the English language at least at B-2 level, as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages of the Council of Europe,
  • For foreign nationals – fluent command of the Polish language, both spoken and written, at least at C-1 level.

    The recruitment procedure is divided into two stages:

  • formal assessment – assessment of the completeness of the application documents and compliance with the requirements specified in the Act, the AGH University Statute, and the competition announcement,
  • substantive assessment – an objective and merit-based assessment of applications submitted by candidates who have successfully passed the previous stage; interviews with candidates may be conducted at this stage (either in person or remotely).
