The Department of Applied Chemistry consists of two courses: the Functional Material course and the Chemistry and Biochemistry course.
The assistant professor will belong to the Iwasaki laboratory of the Department of Applied Chemistry, the Functional Material course and will be in charge of teaching and research related to Organic Chemistry across elements on the periodic table by developing novel molecular materials with a novel function. He/she will also play a role in promoting academic exchanges with domestic and international universities.
