Under the “Project for Promotion of Advanced Dental Medicine with Bioinformatics (project period: 3 years)”, Bioinformatics Research Unit, Graduate School of Dentistry, The University of Osaka, is now inviting applications for a fixed-term Assistant Professor position, as outlined below.
In this recruitment, we seek a promising early-career researcher who will promote research on advanced dental medicine using bioinformatics under the above-mentioned project. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the unit leader with a high level of expertise and enthusiasm in research support activities and management of the unit. In addition, we seek an individual who will actively and cooperatively engage in the education of related fields and the administration of the Graduate School of Dentistry.
We would greatly appreciate applications of candidates who possess sufficient ability, achievements, and enthusiasm in these areas of education, research, and management.

(1)Conducting research using bioinformatics (Project for Promotion of Advanced Dental Medicine with Bioinformatics).
(2)Providing guidance and support for bioinformatics-based research in the Graduate School of Dentistry.
(3)Performing administrative and operational duties in the Graduate School of Dentistry and the Bioinformatics Research Unit.
(4)Teaching and supervising graduate students in the Graduate School of Dentistry, including lectures, practical training, and research supervision.
