Offer Description
The goal is to develop an advanced, industrially robust, and safe probiotic formulation aimed at treating dysbiosis and maintaining intestinal health. The project involves selecting and cross-breeding Saccharomyces strains to obtain hybrids with an optimized phenotype (e.g., tolerogenic activity), optimizing co-culture with lactobacilli strains, and developing the small-scale fermentation process.
