With over 21,000 students and 1,200 faculty members, the university invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure track positions at all ranks in Accounting to begin in Fall 2026. The successful candidate will be able to teach intermediate or advanced accounting courses, as well as participate in the full range of faculty responsibilities, including scholarly research and service to the University. Applicants should possess a PhD or master degree in accounting, or anticipate completion by May 2026. Applicants with related terminal degrees and proven research records in accounting are also strongly encouraged to apply.

The academic rank and the competitive compensation and benefits package – including free housing, health insurance, schooling, retirement contribution, home leave allowance and more – will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. High research candidates with established publication record may be considered for a special research track, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000 (about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pending nationality), and additional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extra RMB one million in housing subsidy.
