Offer Description

The Center for Research in Economics and Statistics (CREST, Ecole Polytechnique, Institut Polytechnique de Paris) is inviting applications for a one year-research assistant position in behavioral and experimental economics, starting between September and November 2026.

The successful candidate will join a team conducting research on belief biases and their economic implications, as part of the PROSPECT project (ERC-COG-SH1) led by Yves Le Yaouanq. The key objective of the project is to produce new experimental evidence about individuals' ability to use information and form beliefs rationally.
Most of the work is expected to be conducted at CREST, in Palaiseau. While remote work is feasible on selected days, the position requires a regular presence in the office.
Please send your applications to erc.crest@ensae.fr , including: a resume (with the contact details of two or three academic references), a grade transcript for your Master studies, links to code and/or scientific publications, and a cover letter.
