Burnout is a major occupational health issue characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and a reduced sense of accomplishment, with frequent but under-assessed cognitive complaints such as attentional lapses and executive dysfunctions. This project aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in treating burnout, with a particular focus on subjective cognitive impairments.
