Job Description

Student Assistant Position at Nordcee, Department of Biology
Nordcee is seeking a dedicated student assistant for a fixed-term position from 1 March 2026 to 30 June 2026. The position is 11 hours per week.
Tasks
•    Preparation of anaerobic cultures, including media preparation and culture transfers
•    Monitoring of substrate consumption and production of metabolic waste
•    Support with bioinformatic searches and routine analyses after training
Familiarity with the tasks listed above will be considered a clear advantage, as the candidate is expected to integrate quickly into the team’s workflow.

Please note, the selected candidate as Student Assistant must be enrolled as student at SDU.
 
Employment shall take place in accordance with the framework agreement between the Ministry of Finance and SUL (National Union for Student Teachers in Government Service).
