| Position Details | This is a full-time, 3-year term appointment beginning approximately February 2, 2026. Reporting to the Dean, Dhillon School of Business, the main purpose of this position is to support the conversion of interested prospects, generated through a longitudinal digital promotion campaign, into completed applications and enrolments through recruitment conversion. The role will focus on middle- and lower-funnel engagement, particularly with individuals who have incomplete applications or webinar registrants, through coordinated communications and targeted follow-up messaging. The position collaborates closely with program coordinators, marketing staff, Student Enrolment and Registrar Services (SEARS), and the digital marketing agency, in support of conversion rate optimization and admission cycle optimization. |
| Position Qualifications | Bachelors degree with focus on marketing or communications/journalism. Minimum 3 yrs of digital media experience, preferable 5+ yrs of digital media experience. |
