Offer Description

The Institute of Psychology at the University of São Paulo announces a call for one Postdoctoral Fellowship funded by FAPESP, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Marilene Proença Rebello de Souza, within the project Center for Science for the Development of Basic Education: Learning and School Coexistence (CCDEB) (FAPESP Process 2024/01122-7). The project is part of an international consortium focused on a comparative study of learning, school coexistence, and educational policies across different contexts, particularly in Brazil, Angola, and Mexico.

The postdoctoral fellow will conduct bibliographic review, data systematization, comparative analysis, scientific writing, and participate in academic missions, research meetings, and dissemination activities with the research team.

Requirements: PhD in Education, Educational Psychology, or related areas; experience in qualitative and comparative research with proven scientific output; fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; exclusive dedication and availability for travel. The fellowship offers a monthly stipend of R$ 12,570.00 for a 40-hour work week, lasting 12 months, renewable according to performance and FAPESP regulations.
