YOUR TASKS
- You will provide support for the practice-oriented education within the department, specifically for the course units "Leadership and Multi-Level Research in Organizations" and "Teams and Work Motivation in Organizations". This includes the practical and substantive organization, student guidance, and evaluation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You hold a Master’s degree in Psychology.
- The diploma requirement must be met at the time of appointment.
- For diplomas obtained outside the European Union, a recognition certificate from NARIC must be submitted.
- You are engaged in other professional activities and/or have demonstrable experience that can contribute to the quality of practice-oriented education.
- You have an interest in teaching within the specified domain.
- You are interested in scientific and/or project-based research and service activities.
- Teaching experience and participation in further training, conferences, etc., are considered an asset.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU
- We offer you a minimum one year appointment until 31 January 2027, which may be renewed indefinitely for five years at a time. Attention: You cannot be appointed for a cumulative percentage of more than 30% as a Teaching Assistant at Ghent University
- Your appointment will start on 1 February 2026 at the earliest
- Your remuneration will be determined according to salary scale AAP3. More information about our salary scales
