Specific Requirements
• Completed studies in veterinary or human medicine, biology, biochemistry, chemistry or related fields and a doctorate / PhD in the field• At least 3 years of experience as a postdoctoral researcher in a relevant area• Excellent research performance as documented by peer-reviewed publications in international journals • Experience in the development, supervision and coordination of research projects or project applications• Profound knowledge and documented expertise in studies of inter-cellular and inter-organ crosstalk in health and disease with a focus on mesenchymal cell types• Profound knowledge and expertise in the use of complex cellular models for studies of inter-cellular crosstalk (e.g. organoids)• Profound knowledge and expertise in the use of animal models for studies of cellular crosstalk in health and disease• Profound knowledge in the bioinformatic analysis of Omics datasets (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq) with a focus on state-of-the-art single-cell technologies• Experience with national or international research collaborations• Experience with the supervision of under- and post-graduates• Good command of English (equivalent to level B2)
