As a BCG Scholar, you will receive $20,000 in scholarship funding, an 8 week internship and a mentor through the remainder of your studies as well as a pathway to a full-time graduate job offer with BCG Australia and New Zealand. 
 


Scholarship Details

The First Nations Scholarship and Internship program is open to penultimate (final) year undergraduate or postgraduate students. 
 


  • Cultural Identity: Be of Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, Māori, or Pacific Islander origin. 
  • Citizenship: Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or be a permanent resident of Australia.
  • Academic Standing: Be in the penultimate (final) year of undergraduate or postgraduate tertiary studies.


Application process

To apply for the 2025 BCG First Nations Internship and Scholarship Program in Australia and New Zealand, follow these steps: 

  • Visit the Application Portal: careers.bcg.com. 
  • Select the Appropriate Role: Choose the "Consulting – Full-time Application" role under the "always open" category. In your cover letter, specify that you are applying for the First Nations Internship and Scholarship 
  • Complete the Application Form: Fill out the online application form with your personal details, academic background, and any relevant experience.
  • Submit Supporting Documents: Resume, Cover Letter and Academic Transcripts  
  • Attend Virtual Information Sessions: BCG is hosting virtual events from 7th to 22nd July 2025 to support your application. These sessions will provide insights into the program and the application process
