The Division of General Surgery, Trauma and Surgical Critical Care, at the Yale School of Medicine is seeking an academically oriented and qualified surgeon to join our faculty. The position is at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Qualified candidates will have completed fellowship training and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. In addition, candidates should have excellent clinical and interpersonal skills and the commitment to make important contributions to the field of Acute Care Surgery.

There are ample opportunities to live within 20 minutes on the coast or in surrounding villages with small town charm. The greater New Haven area offers some of the top public and private schools in the country.
