Summary

The Principal Investigator will lead the Multifaceted Intervention to Restore Resilience and Overcome Risk (MIRROR) study in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Baylor College of Medicine and the VA site. Responsibilities include overseeing intervention fidelity, supervising intervention therapists, directing research staff, ensuring IRB compliance and stakeholder reporting, and leading the Community Action Board composed of Women Veterans.

 

Qualifications:

A PhD in psychology, behavioral sciences, or a related field is required. Experience with clinical research, team leadership, and working with Veteran populations is strongly preferred.
