The ECHO Coordinator plays a vital administrative and professional role within the Missouri Telehealth Network’s (MTN) Show-Me ECHO program. This position serves as a liaison between MTN and the hub teams of assigned ECHO projects, ensuring successful coordination and implementation of all operational components of ECHO sessions. The Coordinator will take ownership and responsibility for a group of 4-7 ECHOs and support the planning, execution, and evaluation of these telehealth programs, which focus on enhancing healthcare delivery across Missouri.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement – 40%
• Facilitate professional communication with ECHO hub team members, participants, and other stakeholders.
• Provide basic technical assistance and guidance regarding video conferencing platforms, shared drives, and general ECHO participation support.
• Support ECHO continuity by working with other MTN teams on marketing, education, communication and data integrity.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned ECHOs and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in and help lead key meetings including Ops Huddles, Ops/Outreach, ECHO Strategic Planning, and Annual Planning sessions.
ECHO Operations Support – 30%
• Manage all aspects of ECHO coordination including pre-session preparation, live session support, and post-session follow-up using standardized checklists and protocols.
• Maintain custodial management of ECHO documentation (didactics, case presentations, handouts, guides, scorecards, etc.).
• Support participant retention and case recruitment strategies.
Technology & Data Management – 20%
• Demonstrate consistent and proficient use of MTN platforms including Zoom, Salesforce, SharePoint, RedCap, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Enter and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, RedCap, and other systems.
• Run routine reports, track attendance, and support data reporting and performance tracking efforts for leadership and hub teams.
Committee Work & Special Projects – 10%
• Contribute to strategic planning efforts, annual ECHO reviews, and internal MTN initiatives.
• Participate in working committees and assist in implementing special projects as assigned
