Post-Doctoral Position - T cell-based immunotherapy - (240001UW)
 

A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Miroslaw Janowski at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. This 2-year project, funded by the American Cancer Society, focuses on a novel method of T cell radiolabeling and imaging to get an insight into T cell penetration to solid tumors, including brain cancer.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in T cell-based immunotherapy (it might include CAR T cells), including studies on in vitro T cell–cancer cell interactions demonstrated by the first authorship in a peer-reviewed publication. While expertise in T cell biology, radiolabeling, biostatistics, and animal handling is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

The salary will be aligned with NIH and UMB pay scales.
