Position Description
Professor Aaron Kay’s research group in the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University will have an opening for a postdoctoral position beginning October 1, 2025, to work on projects related to the psychology of successful military veteran transitions to the workforce. The Postdoctoral Associate's primary responsibilities will include conducting literature reviews, programming research studies, recruiting study participants, analyzing data, drafting published manuscripts and preparing talks/presentations on the findings.

We are interested in outstanding candidates who have a PhD in in organizational behavior or social psychology, with strong experimental research skills.

The appointment is expected to last for two years, with an initial contract for one year renewable based upon performance and continued funding.
