Alamo Colleges Student Helpline Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday (8:00am-7:00pm)
Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
Every 1st Saturday of the month (9:00am-1:00pm)

Job Summary and Description

Assists callers with inquiries by answering or routing calls as appropriate. Assists with mailouts.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • One month of customer service experience.
