Job Summary | The Maintenance Worker II provides sub-journeyman work in the performance of a variety of maintenance and repair, tasks in one or more craft areas. Responsible for make ready duties in apartments & residence halls, maintenance and repair work of painting, carpentry (countertops, doors, framing, drywall), furniture & equipment moving, light plumbing, basic appliance repair/installation, and light electrical. Position requires the ability to work effectively with others and in a team environment as well as independently when needed. |
