| Posting Text | University Marketing and Communications is looking for a Graphic Designer with creative ideas, expansive capacity, excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility to join its creative services team. Creative Services staff regularly collaborate and consult with various campus departments and colleges about their publication and marketing needs. Our award-winning team of graphic designers, photographers and writers understand the university’s needs and can take projects from conception to completion. The Creative Services unit makes the various pieces shine through the creative work of several professional and experienced graphic designers and writers. In addition to magazines and newsletters, the unit designs brochures, display banners, posters, programs, invitations, trailer wraps, wall decals and just about anything else that clients request. This position is located in Brookings, South Dakota . Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible for conception, design and electronic layout of marketing materials for the university, including display banners, view books, newsletters, fact sheets, posters and brochures, social media and web graphics while ensuring a consistent look that represents the university’s brand.
