Position Summary:

Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking Graduate Assistants to work in their Health Informatics department.
In this role, the Graduate Assistant(s) will support the teacher with various aspects of online teaching, including grading, working individually with students to improve their performance, and answering questions about the course content.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Facilitate online lessons, tutorials or discussions in concert with the Instructor.
• Grade assignments, exams, quizzes, and projects.
• Maintain and update student grades as an Excel Sheet to be submitted to the Instructor.
• Assist the Instructor in preparing and sharing reading materials, supplementary notes.
• Understand and adhere to Rutgers' compliance standards as they appear in RBHS's Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Applicants must be enrolled in a graduate program within the Department of Health Informatics and have ICD-10-CM, ICD10PCS and CPT coding knowledge and/or practice.
