The University of Pittsburgh, Department of Ophthalmology, Jones laboratory is searching for an Associate Professor, Full time, non- tenure position. 

Software architect responsible for connectomics software pipeline infrastructure and code development in the Jones laboratory. Duties include the development and maintenance of software related to our connectomics pipeline.

Qualifications: PhD in neuroscience and extensive experience in software development environments related to image analysis and operations.  At least 5 + years of experience requested.
