Identifies, qualifies, cultivates, and recruits an increasing number of students to the university from a designated region and generates and fosters partners and stakeholders.
Undergraduate Student Recruitment – 85%
- Provides individualized one-to-one recruitment through relationship development and communication with students in regional territory.
- Meets individually with students and families.
- Follows up with students and families on their financial aid award letter.
- Completes administrative work and documentation of ongoing status of prospective students.
- Provides mass communication to prospective students within regional territory.
- Reads and evaluates applications for admission.
Community Partnerships - 10%
- Builds relationships with alumni, ministry leaders, education and guidance staff, and other community leaders for the purpose of building the Bethel brand within targeted communities.
Assists with retention and engagement of current students. - 5%
- Must be organized.
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to work with multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to guide clients through their decision-making process.
- Ability to understand the needs of prospective students.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work with students and families of all ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds assisting them with the admissions process.
- Working knowledge of a CRM platform.
- Required Experience:
- No previous experience is required.
- Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree.
Travel: This position requires frequent local, regional and national travel.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and/or laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

Expected Hours of Work:
Typically, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with the expectation to work specific schedules and hours as identified and communicated by management. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This is a 40 hour per week, 12 months per year position.
