We are seeking an experienced data analyst to support immediate delivery of the Future Nottingham project. You should have the ability to innovate at pace and come up with data-driven solutions to emerging challenges and requirements in a fast and changing environment.
Your main areas of focus will be to support the Phase One and Phase Two Future Nottingham:
- Demonstratable & substantial experience of building complex data transformations at pace
- Drive Data Quality and identify areas for continuous improvement, working with other teams to identify process changes and technology requirement
- Identifying gaps in data and experience of designing, developing, testing, collating and integrating data collection, working with highly sensitive HR data and being able to adapt and understand the needs of the business
This is a fast paced and frequently changing environment and you will need to have the ability to adjust focus quickly. Experience of interrogating/interpreting data (preferably HR related data) is essential, as is excellent attention to detail and accuracy, communication.
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) or, alternatively, you should have demonstrable experience in the field of data analysis, preferably in a change/ project context.
This role is fixed term until 28th November 2025. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours) (4 month contract)
