Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Management Leadership. Design and execute research projects independently or as a team lead. Publish in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and present at major conferences.

• Grant Management. Manage research budgets and ensure timely project delivery and reporting.

• Mentoring & Supervision. Build internal research capacity by sharing expertise and by collaboration.

• Collaboration & Networking. Establish strategic partnerships with academia, government agencies, and industry. Participate in collaborative, interdisciplinary, and/or translational research initiatives.

• Strategic Contribution. Contribute to the collage's research strategy, roadmap, and policy development.

• Technology Transfer. Support commercialisation of research outputs through patents, licensing, or spin-offs.

Job Requirements:

• PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

• Independent, highly analytical, proactive and a team player

• Excellent teamwork and verbal, written communication skills

• In-depth knowledge relevant to the project domain.

• Demonstrated capability to conduct innovative research.

• The ability and willingness to adapt and incorporate novel ideas and approaches in scientific industry.

• Demonstrated ability to formulate hypothesis and design effective experimental plans.

• Ability to design and implement new experimental methods.

• High-level expertise in the required experiment or modelling methods.

• Ability to initiate collaboration research in multidisciplinary team.

• Oversee and report project progress.

• Ability and willingness to work some flexible hours.
