Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
We're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused coordinator to support the smooth delivery of academic programmes and strategic initiatives within the Te Kaupeka Pūhanga | Faculty of Engineering. In this varied and dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with Faculty Leadership, committees, and service units across the university to support key projects, curriculum planning, academic operations, and programme reviews. You'll bring your skills in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to streamline processes, provide insightful advice, and enhance decision-making. Mōu | Who You Are
You will 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in tertiary and hold a Bachelor's degree (NZQA Level 7), as well as have:

  • Knowledge/experience using a Student Management System (desirable)
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, web/email tech, databases)
  • Proven experience managing a diverse workload and meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills & ability to handle competing demands
  • A high degree of Initiative and problem-solving skills
