__________ DIVISIONAL SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION • 6.75% superannuation + five weeks’ annual leave (pro rata) The role/Te mahi In this role, you will be part of a team of Administrators and Executive Assistants within the Research and External Engagement Divisions. You may be required to assist in other areas as needed. Your role will be to provide high quality support to the Development and Alumni Relations (DARO) and International offices and their internal and external customers. These offices sit within the Division of External Engagement. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of these offices, and your days will be filled with a variety of administrative responsibilities. Tasks will range from completing transactional finance processes such as PCard coding, invoice generation and payment processing and staff and non-staff reimbursements, coordinating Sensitive Expenditure applications and related activity, and facilitating travel arrangements. Further details/Pūroko This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) located in Ōtepoti, Dunedin. The appointment range for this role is Level 4 $63,508 to $68,185. Top of the range is $73,640. The Administrator function also includes Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions, which support the implementation of our Māori Strategic Framework.
