Postdoctoral Fellow

[Appointment period: six months]

Duties 

The appointee will assist the project leader in the research project - “Generative AI and large language models in the hotel industry: Impacts, human-machine interaction, and industry applications”.  He/She is required to:

(a)    assist in developing advanced machine/deep learning algorithms and/or large language models;

(b)    help design experimental materials;

(c)    assist in paper writing and/or external grant application; and

(d)    perform any other duties as assigned by the project leader or his delegates.

Qualifications

Applicants should:

(a)    have a doctoral degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Science, Marketing, Tourism/Hospitality Management or other relevant majors, or an equivalent qualification and must have no more than five years of post-qualification experience at the time of application; 

(b)    be proficient at machine/deep learning and/or experimental design; and

(c)    be proficient in written English
