Qualifications: Ph.D. in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Feed Science and Technology, or a closely related field is required. Knowledge and a solid understanding of feed ingredient characteristics and nutritional value, feed formulation and manufacturing processes, processing techniques (e.g., grinding, pelleting, extrusion, steam flaking, mixing), equipment and technologies used in feed mills, and feed safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards is required

Course Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:30 am to 10:20 am

Location: Saskatoon
Qualifications: Ph.D. in Animal Science, Animal Behavior, Ethology, Veterinary Science, or a closely related field is required, with a solid understanding of the scientific principles of animal behavior, species-specific behavior of livestock, animal welfare science (including the assessment of welfare indicators, and physiological and behavioral measures), and ethical frameworks, public perceptions, and regulatory issues related to animal use and care.
A valid driver’s license is required for any off-campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
