Defining and optimization lifetime tool for ultrasonic welding
Main ideas of the proposed dissertation topic:
Determination of the mean tool life for ultrasonic wire embedding into a base substrate through calculation and experimentation.
Development of equations to recalculate tool life based on the input parameters of the ultrasonic welding process.
Design and implementation of tool modifications for the purpose of effectively extending service life.
