Offer Description

The aim of the thesis will be to synthesize PROTACs for several kinases, which are validated targets in oncology and in CNS disorders. It will be focused on linker optimization, selection of ligase ligands and specificity for target kinase. Our recently developed highly selective small molecule heterocyclic kinase inhibitors will serve as a starting point.
