Offer Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Writing a dissertation in the field of Educational Theory and School Research
  • Collaboration in the university research focus area „Heterogeneity and Cohesion“
  • Contribution to research projects with a focus on philosophy of education and digital education
  • Contribution to the preparation and submission of research proposals
  • Participation in conferences as well as substantive and administrative support for publication projects, guest lectures and research projects
  • Delivery of courses and supervision of students
  • Contribution to administrative tasks

Your Profile

  • Completed teacher training degree (Diploma degree programme or Master’s level) or an equivalent degree with a focus on cultural education and design based learning
  • Demonstrated expertise in qualitative research methods as well as digital pedagogical competences
  • Knowledge within the area of “Bildungswissenschaftliche Grundlagen”, cultural education and forms of digitalisation in teaching and learning
  • A dissertation project with a thematic focus on philosophy of education is particularly welcome
  • Proven teaching experience
  • Excellent command of academic English and German, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Strong analytical, synthesising and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively in teams

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,865.40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
