Offer Description
Your Responsibilities
- Writing a dissertation in the field of Educational Theory and School Research
- Collaboration in the university research focus area „Heterogeneity and Cohesion“
- Contribution to research projects with a focus on philosophy of education and digital education
- Contribution to the preparation and submission of research proposals
- Participation in conferences as well as substantive and administrative support for publication projects, guest lectures and research projects
- Delivery of courses and supervision of students
- Contribution to administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed teacher training degree (Diploma degree programme or Master’s level) or an equivalent degree with a focus on cultural education and design based learning
- Demonstrated expertise in qualitative research methods as well as digital pedagogical competences
- Knowledge within the area of “Bildungswissenschaftliche Grundlagen”, cultural education and forms of digitalisation in teaching and learning
- A dissertation project with a thematic focus on philosophy of education is particularly welcome
- Proven teaching experience
- Excellent command of academic English and German, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Strong analytical, synthesising and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively in teams

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52,865.40 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
